The Bistro is an elegant two-story restaurant in the Grand Center, and it works in conjunction with the non-profit "Jazz at the Bistro" organization, bringing world-class jazz musicians to the St Louis area. The season runs from Sep-Jun, and features biweekly performances, Wed-Sat. The Bistro menu is classic American – you'll find items such as chicken tahini rolls, barbecued shrimp, smoked salmon quesadillas, and ginger and rum glazed pork chops. Live jazz is featured biweekly on Wed-Sat nights from Sep-Jun.
